  • When is payment due?

    Payment is due at time of service. Check or cash can be left behind for our staff to collect. We also have convenient auto pay options available. We do not carry any money with us for change when using cash.

  • What do I do about my pets?

    We require that all pets (cats, dogs) be either kenneled up or outside in a fenced area unless alternate arrangements have been made.

  • Can I make special service requests?

    When you sign on with Mr. Sparkles Cleaning you will receive a list of cleaning specifications that will be preformed. If you need special services like a refrigerator cleaning or oven cleaning, you must make arrangements for these services at least one week prior to your scheduled cleaning day.

  • What small service requests are included?

    Service such as changing linens and removing trash are performed along with your regular cleaning. There will not be an extra charge for these services in the rooms that we clean. Please contact us by email/phone if you would like to add additional requests.

  • Do I need to provide my own cleaning chemicals or equipment?

    Mr. Sparkles Cleaning will provide all cleaning supplies and necessary equipment. If you have a special request, such as the use of green cleaning chemicals, please let us know.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand there may be times when you have a change of plans. We need a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel. If no prior notice is given and we send out a team to clean, we do have a $50.00 cancellation charge.

  • Can I provide keys?

    If you are not going to be home Mr. Sparkles Cleaning needs to be provided with a key or a key must be left in a place our employees have easy access to. if we arrive to clean and there is no key, a lockout fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account.

  • Do you have a breakage policy?

    Our employees take the utmost care in cleaning, however, if one of our employees accidentally breaks an item a note will be left, and our office manager will call you to find cut the value of the item and you will be compensated.

  • How will concerns be communicated?

    Mr. Sparkles Cleaning will contact you right away if any problems occur while cleaning the home. If you have any questions after a cleaning is performed,  please phone our office immediately so we can address the concerns.
